Lee Jarrett – Director
Company director Lee, the driving force behind PJ Plumbing, brining a blend of hands-on leadership and a deep commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. With years of experience building successful ventures, he’s passionate about creating a business that not only delivers exceptional results but also fosters long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Away from the office, Lee is a devoted family man who loves spending time with his wife Charlotte and their two young children.
A big football fan, Lee enjoys playing the game whenever he can and when he’s not on the pitch, you’ll find him proudly cheering on his beloved Norwich City FC, through every high and low of the season.
Charlotte Jarrett - Director
Charlotte works alongside her husband Lee to lead the business with a strong focus on customer care and smooth day-to-day operations. As a Company Director Charlotte plays a key role in managing the office, keeping things organised, efficient, and running just the way they should.
Outside of work, Charlotte loves spending time with Lee and their two children. Weekends often involve bike rides, beach days, and making the most of family time. Her favourite spot? Wells-next-the-Sea—nothing beats the fresh sea air and fish and chips by the coast.
Mick – Heating Manager
Mick brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his role of Heating Manager, with a background of several years on the tools himself he uses this experience for estimating potential work and running several of our mid-size residential and new build jobs.
Out of the office, he enjoys fishing, darts, and motorbike trips with his wife and friends, enjoying several European breaks a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.
Mark – Office Manager/Health & Safety
Mark is our Office Manager and in charge of Health and Safety. Known for his reliability, approachability, and deep knowledge of company operations, Mark is the go-to guy for both our engineers and office staff.
Whether it's solving a problem, keeping things running smoothly, or ensuring everyone’s safety, Mark plays a vital role in the day-to-day success of the company.
Darryl – Contracts Manager
Darryl brings a calm and organised presence to every project he manages. He works closely with director Lee to deliver quality work on our larger projects. His structured approach ensures nothing is overlooked, helping keep timelines on track and clients reassured throughout the process.
Away from the job, Darryl is a dedicated family man who will be making memories with his wife Naomi and their 2 children. Whether it’s a quiet weekend at home or an outdoor family adventure.
Julie – Accounts Administrator
Say hello to Julie, our friendly expert in the Accounts Department here at PJ Plumbing. Julie comes from a financial & customer service background having worked previously in both Retail & Commercial banking. With her vast experience, Julie keeps our numbers in line and running smoothly behind the scenes. Julie brings a sharp eye for detail and a commitment within her role.
When she's not working, Julie along with her husband Mick enjoys travelling and trips away on their motorbike, both in the UK and abroad. Family is important to her and enjoys the odd Afternoon Tea with her mum & daughter and Spa Days with family and friends.
Toni – Small Works Administrator
Meet Toni – the main Point of Contact for our maintenance and small works contracts
Toni is the key coordinator for our engineers on our maintenance and servicing jobs, bringing a dedicated work ethic to everything she does. From managing the diary and scheduling in everything from servicing to breakdowns.
Outside the office, Toni loves spending time with her family, often heading off on trips and London days out. She's also a movie fanatic and rarely misses a new cinema release with her son.
Gina – Purchasing Administrator
Here’s Gina, with her bubbly personality you'll usually find her handling all our inbound invoicing, keeping our engineers' qualifications up to date, and perhaps, most importantly ensuring no one misses their 3pm coffee fix. Whether it's staying on top of admin tasks or lifting everyone's spirits, Gina keeps the team organised, caffeinated, and smiling.
In her downtime she loves spending quality time with her partner Roni and their daughter, whether its discovering new places to eat, or dreaming up the next holiday adventure together.
tori – Administrator
We’re pleased to welcome Tori, our newest member to the office team supporting general administrative functions. Since joining, Tori has already made a strong first impression with a committed work ethic and a keen attention to detail. She has quickly settled into the role and is providing valuable support across a range of day-to-day admin tasks.
